hello to all cad handcuffers,I intend to buy a workstation to use graphic software and more precisely solidworks. after searching for a long time I think I will choose one of the precision t1500. base cost 629 euros.

Not bad,
but to have a decent base I think you will have to stay immediately on the most expensive from 949 euros. among other things (ram etc. etc.) just for the video card; So better nvidia and in this case a picture.
to the limit if you already have it (and still better to take another bigger and more resolution) you get that 19" monitor removed, you would save 100 euro vouchers.

and finally I see that they have mounted mb from the lay out and on the "traditional" side:finger:

to me the basic model seems too relocated. nvs frameworks are not optimized for 3d, for that there are the frameworks.

I would like you as minimum requirements:

os 64 bit
4 gb ram (or more if you can)
picture fx 1800.

With these start taking a workstation that takes you a while. Also you should call, the commercial has a greater number of configuration choices and the possibility to apply you a discount.

my commercial always told me that the site is a showcase, but it is not the case to buy from there.
