solidworks - forming a cylindrical surface with a bull

Good evening,
is it possible as from title to have a cylindrical surface (or sheet) with one of the bases coinciding with the upper plane (and the other on a parallel plane), and to obtain a "forming" in expansion or compression towards the symmetry axis given by a bull (blood) that has the same axis?
how do you reason in solidworks in these cases?

Do you basically need the sheet development of a hollow toroidal shape?

no, I would like to get only a deformation of a pipe, as they could get it in the workshop through the use of rollers or molds that work radially at 360 °. in the Annex a section of the two cases.

test with the forming tools, I never made of toric shape I couldn't tell you if they work.
