solidworks non salva

from a few days I have problems with solid, after a while I am working when I try to save the file, any file type, either by clicking save or using ctrl+s, not saving files, I am forced to close the program so ask me to save before closing the file and then save it.
do you know politely what problems he may have?

Io adesso ho lo stesso problema your but I do save in the pc, after I close the file and reopen it but the change is not saved, buy only in the preview but then disappear immediately
