solidworks pdm e gestione

Good day to all,
I have a big dilemma since I have to develop drawings for a client who has the pdm of solidworks at the beginning of the job gave me the carts without any type of auto compilation because he told me that it is the pdm to manage that part.
Now he tells me that for them it's a big mess to get the drawings that way because they can't put them on the system.
I have no experience with pdm, but I think there's something wrong.

probably you will have to go to the customer and insert the files manually, inserting the anagraphic properties at the time of saving the file on the pdm. It seems strange to me that it is not possible to make sure that the pdm automatically read the anagraphic propies associated with the 3d. try to talk to their office cad or with those who have implemented the pdm.

you must have the names of the properties equal to those recalled in the pdm datecard. When check-in is imported.
