hello to all I have a "problem" when I go to make a simulation with premium solid plastics works makes me set the maximum injection pressure, however finished the simulation and maintenance I find myself with a final injection pressure clearly lower than that which is actually, I know why the piece has already been printed with pressure twice and a half that indicated by the software, I wanted to know if even you have ever happened? I must say that I never happened. try to control the various temperature parameters mold, melted and especially the area of the injection point, its position and shape. and still verify that the thickness combined and nn has been modified.
and still checks that the material chosen for the simulation has the same characteristics as that used in production, sent the technical sheet of the printed material and compares the data with those of the chosen material.

Okay, I'm asking you something that might have been wrongly explained to me, in reports under pressure at the end of the injection, you mean the pressure that you can still exert on the fluid and not the right injection?

If you can post the report I use it in English... however should be the pressure used at the end of the filling phase. the pressure you can still exercise varies according to the disp press and screw diameter.
