because otherwise:
- can you stop (as far as the local use destination and its rules)?
- that distributed loads and concentrates predict on the mezzanine? sofa+tv or material pallets? maybe car, with an external/internal ramp?
- existing structures (pillars, sects, foundations!!) can lead to increased load?
- assuming that the mezzanine is loaded "important", you have a large mass placed in half height (approximately). who does the building's seismic verification in the new configuration?
Have you already checked with your technician if what you expect to put on the mezzanine makes you increase the fireload? must then expand/create a fire system?
