sources for conversion from gauss boaga to geographical coordinates (google maps)

Does anyone have sources c, c++ or objective c to make the conversion of coordinates from gauss boaga, melted west (Milan) to geographical coordinates?
As an alternative to a formula, I have seen that different formulas, more or less precise, can be used for a road graph, so I would need to be accurate enough )

This is an example of co-ordinate input (West Gauss-boaga):
East: 1512752.160 North:5035121.600
corresponding to:
-> wgs84:
Ion: 9.1627777
