spaceball and desktop remoto rdp

hello to all
I need advice for my 3dconnexion spaceball while I use remote desktop (rdp)
the spaceball moves up and down the function shaft but not the object 3d.
There's some settling to use because spaceball is just not working. ..excellent.

definitely there are settings to set for cv5.

Yes, they advised to update in regdit the remote connection options by adding the spaceball for the pc in the office but I did not find anything about catia settings. there are few options for peripherals. but it is not that it does not work, the menu moves it. strange not moving object 3d

I guess the logical tree can open it but not move. confirm?

Sorry, I mean the tree of the structure / features (the logical tree I never understood what it is)
moves up and down as you do with the mouse wheel but nothing else
