special name on table description

Good morning.
Is it possible to parameterize the "name" string that I go to set to detail within the table description?
I want to create a relationship that imposes a string that fishes the "name" parameter in the workspace that I will then enter into the table.
then when I go to change the name string, automatically the voice inside the cartilage will follow accordingly.

I didn't explain well.
the solution you have proposed the usual use to have unique data as you say.
In this case, I wanted to tie the name directly to the file name as attached.cs203612 - windchill system parameters like ptc_wm_* show values from generic In my case the item is the one attached.
I therefore wanted to create a relationship of the type: description=ptc_wm...., but I cannot find the corresponding ptc_wm parameter.
