spline / intermediate points possibility to impose curved tg

hi, I still use the wf4 version and I would like to know if on the latest versions of creo it is possible to impose in the spline in the intermediate points of the tangenza conditions to lines/planes/curve as it happens by catia.
the curves to which it refers are external to the profile of the spline.
