split payment???

so if I understand correctly, it is the fact that the invoice is paid directly by the person who pays the invoice, and not by the person who receives the payment (i.e. the lender of work). It seems that the mechanism only works when the payer is the public administration.

I think there was a clarification somewhere. A pa had applied it to me but it was wrong!

It's a big damage to the subject companies.
First you collected x euro of VAT on invoices issued (say to the region) from which you deducted it on the supplies you had purchased. what remained by difference you poured it to the state.

Today the region pays your VAT directly to the state, it pays it to the supplier.. and then in the estate give/have always go to credit. When do you recover them? If you like the annual statement, otherwise you can apply for refund... (but really!!??? and when you see them more)

I agree is a harm not indifferent to the companies that are subject! ! !

by experience I tell you that the split payment is only a big damage to the subject companies!
