spread from st10 to 2024

I just installed the 2024 and it doesn't seem to know how to use the program :lol:
Help!
Surely it is a matter of habit but it will take me a little

Is there a quick way to import the key configurations I had on st10?
over time I definitely had done other customizations but I don't remember them all, is there a file that encloses them?

Okay.
the problem is that it eliminates everything that is new and I don't like it very much.
I know that I put my personalizations quietly while keeping the news of myself.

The graphics actually spook me! for the first period I will not be productive as usual!
