staircase with circular pattern in cover

Good evening, everyone! I am new to the forum and I would need valuable advice from more experienced modelers than me.
I find myself having to perform the 3d of a cover that presents the curved intradox and the ecstasy with a staircase with circular pattern.
I've been posting pictures for better understanding. I tried to draw the stairway profile and to perform sweep or revolution, but I can't get the same circular pattern as the scale. How to do that? thank you very much in advance for availability! :

then I managed to create the staircase, drawing in polylinea two profiles of different scales, I created the surface between the two with loft. then I gave a thickness, the insole, with thickening. My problem now would be to shape the surface that has been created (white) so that it takes the yellow surface. Any advice please? ? ?

your procedure has no outlets, you have to operate backwards creating the stairway starting from the yellow surface.
the solutions could be different, but in order not to go to casso it would be necessary to have the model, can you attach a dwg (paved magari) with only the yellow surface and the underlying plant with the position of the lifts?

I think you have to do more than one operation to get those forms so complex.
in my view of making a loft between closed figures for the scale (so to get a solid) that is a bit exuberant compared to the intradox, another loft between closed sections to get the air volume contained between intradox and earth and then subtract from the exuberant scale the air volume.
