steel hanging calculation

Hello, guys, I need to design a steel wall. My problem is that I am a mechanical engineer so I do not know the programs as edilus cds for the calculation of the structures, just to mount it I did pen calculations but now to present the god to the commune I need verification to the limit states and I have to use the program. someone could explain how to use edilus, I managed to create the structure but I don't know how to load it. help me
p.s. what is the most suitable program for drawing and solving steel structures?

good afternoon to all; I was also looking for a program for steel creation and after a long time I came across amv steelworks; very simple program in creating structures with joints & profiles type (iso / aisc360-05 / as-nzs)..... I recommend it. the program runs under solidworks 2010.... try it yourself too, there is nothing to create even complex structures. . .
