storage of a value in a list

Good morning, everyone.
I can't store the value in a list and then use it in the lisp file by memorizing it in the variable. attach the file dcl and file lisp:
dcl;;;;; popup list
(setq lista-elenco-popup (list "6" "8" "10")

(start _ list "popup _ list1" 3)
(mapcar 'add _ list lista-elenco-popup)
(end _ list)
(action _ tile "popup _ list1" "(setq popup _ list $value)")
lisp(setq list-popup list (list "6" "8" "10"))

(start_list "popup_lista1" 3)
