strip led effect: black color with shaders neon light (artlantis 5)

Hello everyone, I noticed that with artlantis 5 create the strip led effect in a countertop it gives me problems, the element turns out black and the neon light I assigned it does not cover this black. with the version atl 4 I did not have this problem, when I assigned to the object the light material neon the object became white with the diffuse light effect neon. What's wrong?

I don't know if that's correct. I assigned neon light and modified transparency by putting it on white color.
