Good morning to all,
I hope not to open a debate already elsewhere.
Would someone please tell me if they exist, and what are, regulations (international) to refer to for fem simulation? especially with reference to the calculation of machinery organs.

Furthermore, is there a certificate body for calculation procedures and for staff running simulations?

You have to look at chapter 10. are few pages but can be useful to have an idea.

You're right gerod, I'm a mechanical engineer who's been working on fem analysis for a couple of years. I just changed product sector (machines earth movement) and I was trying to document any regulations about it.
