structural links dynamic analysis

Hi guys, I have doubts about how to consider the union of structural elements of a ship in the dynamic case with ansys workbench.
This is the ship:is formed by a lattice of internal structures (they are all surfaces) that are not connected to each other because to avoid errors I had to import them disconnected.
I tried to make automatic connections, detects them, but when the analysis starts, it says that the edge/face connections are not good for the dynamic case. . .
(in static case it takes them and analysis works)

how can I consider the resistance of the structure with the reinforcements inside it in the event of impact?

I have to make an impact between two ships with explicit dynamics of ansys workbench 15, or if it is the case with autodyn. Sorry but these are the first experiences with ansys

p.s. told me that maybe it is more suitable explicit dynamics because autodyn is more suitable for explosion analysis
