how you can model in workbench the beam illustrated in the attached image. from what from the geometry menu you can freely create the three beams like line-body but then how do you impose the constraints between line-body and line-body?
for these things, if I were you, I would use other software, for example, ftool.
which is also more precise*, because it does not approximate the finite elements.

Thanks for the advice. The program you've given me does its duty. However I would be curious to know how to solve the same problem with ansys workbench.
