student license transfer from notebook to fixed pc

Hello in April I took a student license pro/e with direct dowload and relative accuont on ptc paid with regular c/c (later I was sent by mail the cd) now.... at the time I installed it all on a slightly loser notebook that now abandoned me (at the hardware level it is ko various red lines on the lcd and fixed disk locked! ) since in November I got on a fixed pc with a mythical picture nvidia...

I wonder is it possible to transfer the license from the notebook to the new pc? ?
when I install it in fact asks me account name and pswd of the ptc account ... then does the installation , and I think I go to read the machine network card and the host name , obviously the host of the fixed pc and the network id are different from the notebook ... and it does not make me start pro/e even if during the process I can access my ptc account ...??? ? ?

How can I do that??? Do I have to hold sti 100 and spend euri spent there?? ! ? !
I contacted three times from the ptc site (digital river) but I never had an answer! ! :frown::frown::frown:

call ptc assistance, communicating the host-id of the new machine should release you a new license file.

I don't get out of here! the student and ecational licenses purchased by direct download told me that they are not covered by assistance ... to turn to the digital river the distributor of the above lic. that has an inbox to which after 8 mail ...in 4 weeks I have never received answers ...

In any case, the new license will be associated with a removable network card (maybe a wireless usb) if not, at the next exchange, you're from the top.

or see if the network card of the fixed allows the modification of the hardware address (obviously not the indirection ip!), in that case the program with the insertion of the laptop. I know that some software prevents it.

azz, I didn't know about this difference between student and commercial licenses.
insist, it's a shame you have to spend more money.
what says hunting is right, buy a wireless usb key so you can use the software on different machines.

the fact that the student license does not have a physical license file license a license license license.lic or license.dat ... "do something backgruond via internet ..." there is no real file like I have on nx!!
