hi all, I wanted to know what is the molding technique for those boxes with subsquadri that you always see in the covers or covers type of battery compartments of remote controls or phones.
in the attached image you see in detail what I mean, the photo is not great, I did it with the mobile phone and beyond all that I would like to show is however a newly mentioned area, I hope you understand what I want to understand, if so it was not I will take a better photo.
However, in the teeth area that will then be framed in the body of the object, you always notice a square, sign that at that point the mold has an insert, or a cart or something similar that can get a subsquadro. Now I would like to know how this technique works to make this kind of "dents" because googlando I found nothing and I can't understand how it can work in the mold.

I hope I explained. Thank you.

Hi.
the prob we had already faced in the pasthttp://www.cad3d.it/forum1/showthread.php?t=3970&page=2However in general
where are indicated the two "clessidre" which indicate the division of the mold
at the opening of the mould the two daggers draw the "side buttons
outside the geometry of the piece
this is a simple solution of common use
In fact, with a little more complex details, a series of pistons move in synconia with the opening of the mould
in general is so
Thank you very much

thanks a thousand boys, already something I knew at the level of carreli, but from our moldist it seems always you can never do anything (very likely because they are old molds and not predisposed to a certain type of mechanisms).
to tell the truth with your design, shiren, I had not understood anything, but with the pdf of ip it is all clear to me and I will keep this pdf in my documents;).

Thank you so much again.

Well if the molder doesn't go .. change it:biggrin:

Apart from that it doesn't depend on me the change of moldist... and then I think that, as I said before, in some of our molds it's not really feasible. making such mechanisms where cooling circuits were passed would become a mess and a huge cost if not a need to rebuild the mold... I don't want to blame the molder. :

What you have schematized you shiren are basically internal trolleys.
In particular, these are used:
meusburger e3240 or e3200 according to cases http://www.meusburger.com/media/files/e-teile/schiebersystem.pdf Page 43
unfortunately I can not attach images

Bye-bye.
was just an example
But the real prob is
that when you make "body" changes on the molds you know when you start
and you don't know when you finish!!! ! ! !
But
Since we are in a black hamster period that blacker not if a little
is facimml 4 brand new molds:smile::finger:
