hi, having the wf2 I can't open your model.
from the image I can see this, correct me if I'm wrong:
for how it works proe, when you want to create a flange type lower one you have to ensure a fold radius (red) wide enough to ensure that the fold radius (green) on the flange is not zero, or better does not take negative values.
It is not a problem if the flange is outward, like the upper one, in which the fold radius (blue) increases.
the model that you have made, I think it has the bent rays all the same, or better they are of constant value even in the inclined flanges; to do this in proe I think you have to use the forming processes (flat plate + shaped pin).
I opened your model and saw that the edges are all alive.. there is no fold radius
It is normal therefore that you do not develop the sheet. then there is to understand... Do you need to get it from mold or with the press?
But there's something wrong...
first you have to open the edges in the areas that cletus has colored you in green and blue and keep as a fold zone that colored in red.
I don't know why I only managed this way:
I have made a public geometry of the external surface
I created a new file where I copied the published surface
I rounded the edges, applied the thickness function
Finally I applied surface tear on the areas to be opened
Yes, the theory is quite clear to me!the folds I want to get them with a pusher.
the fact (premitting that I am not a god of the sheet module) is that I can not tear the edges.
The only way I managed was by tearing a region or drawing the edges.
the edges are still alive because usually creating an edge laceration the folds create them automatically, or anyway I insert them later.
Maybe I'm wrong. .
lollone is not wrong, creating the creases should result automatically.
the 2nd file you posted is correct.
I do not understand why the program compels you to take care of the operations that should be simpler.
I'll study it up a bit and let you know.
