surface development with thickness

good morning to all I would like to know if you can develop the sheet in figure...I created it knows a surface to which I then gave thickness.
Now I would feel "flatten" to make it cut with the plasma machine is a part of "benna" for excavator... so I should develop it and also get traces for bending.

if you place the side file instead of a photo maybe there are possibilities of solution.

under the button to attach you will find the list of accepted files... sldprt's not here.
zip the file and attach it

Too many mistakes, I avoid putting my hands on.
I recommend the use of the function "folding with loft"

dispassionate advice:
report on your profile the version of the software you use or use multiple versions (as happens to me that I work for external customers) specify it in the post.
You can't ask for help on a detail that presents all those mistakes. I opened it I saw that already from the second function presents errors I threw an eye to see that error was (never the sketch plan) and I closed.
Should I spend hours fixing the file, without knowing where it goes, and then give you a solution? It seems improbable even at the basic level of common sense.

ok solved directly creating the sheet with loft bending...and then with "flat" thanks anyway of the indications...I know, I repeat, that the mailed file was a gross...but when you are in a hurry and you have to let cut a piece everyone has hurry and I try to solve...thank you so much!
