hello to all, I ask you my problem:
I have two surfaces that at the moment interconnect, and I would like them to be in contact (so I would like to cut the inner surface using the outer one from "calco" .. in practice I have a real prosthesis, and a model of a corpse leg reconstructed by series of tomographs, for simplicity now the leg is constituted by a material to (molli fabrics) and inside it contains the form of a material b (femur. the moncone is obviously not coupled to the prosthesis, and I have to recreate the coupling and then make a fem).
I now have the two surfaces in stl format, hypersurf, amira... I mean.. any surface format, but I don't know what software I can use and what function to get to the result.
Any advice?

Matteo
