select or create the section plan, create a sketch on that floor and with the "intersection curve" tool select the faces that interest you and of those you will be created the curve that intersects the plan. If you asked for anything else, I didn't understand.

That kind of objects is not my field but from what I saw there are a lot of things that are not going.
Meanwhile almost all the sketches you have done are subdefined (blue color) so if by misfortune you move something, maybe with the activated snapshot a slaughter happens. You must define the sketch completely, always, with quotas and references to the rest of geometry.

I didn't understand why you did the first loft with that driving curve and many profiles at once. There are subframes and "pances" that can be seen in the eye and I don't think you wanted. I would have done a loft every two profiles.
if all this needed to create the deform you have wrong approach. I have to shape simpler forms and apply the sform after and eventually the fittings. Take with the springs what I write to you because I don't handle molds.

the internal excavation (extrusion 8) is under the reverse therefore I doubt that it will ever be extracted from the mold.
