I checked for the m4400 you can still have downgrade. so you could buy it with both licenses and still use it for a little xp.
if the site leaves this possibility it should also do your commercial.

I also just bought a new ws of the.sic as I noticed that there are no drivers for w7 for my plotter, autocad 2004 does not work at 64 bit (at least so I was told), I could have problems even with the cam, swx 2009 is not certified for w7, well, at this point I preferred to format everything and put on the good old xp, at least until it has been tested the w7.

then download microsoft xp emulator, free for win7. solidworks 2009 still turns well on w7, while autocad turned it into emulation.
