Did anyone have a chance to try the beta? without subscription is it possible?
Can you tell me how the photoview integration works? Since I have been doing a lot of renders with photoview360 (but being an external module I find it quite limited) I might be willing to move from 2009 to 2011 if this function and better management of multicores were present.

even with the subscription it is possible, it is necessary to be a "beta tester".
then without subscrition it is not possible to download the new versions even if "omega":biggrin:.

pv 360 is not limited because external (but still integrated and dedicated), but because it has few and essential functions for rendering, that it is not bad all added (and already in 2010 some extra control there is) and "spin" of beautiful images quite quickly (depending on the processors).
I don't think (I don't know.. happy to be denied) that swx2011 will support multicores (like all cads), but photoview yes, it already does it forever.

if you have at least one professional you can use internally to the program the photoworks that is more complete, but also more complex and heavy.

I have the professional and first I used only photoworks, but for a while I find myself better with photoview and renders seem qualitatively better.

until a few years ago you could have been beta tester without even having the license. Now I don't know if things have changed, but beta testers shouldn't depend on subscription.
