sw 2012 problems speed graphics

Greetings to all.
I have a problem with sw 2012 with regular license, but I did not do the installation.
with 2011 all right, since they put 2012 a slowdown problem in displaying the various functions, during the changes.
practically when I go to open a function to change sketches and stuff varies the software gets impunta for5/10 seconds.
the same happens in another workstation when I display constraints in a set component. all side boundary lines remain lit and there is a hiccup pattern of graphic display.
what can depend on?
