sw 2017 - distinct commercial parts only

Good morning to all,
I would need to insert in the board a separate one that only presents the commercial components, you know if it is possible to "filtrate" the parts in separate according to some criteria? ? ?
For example, in the parts I have a custom property with a "commercial" flag; if you could insert in db only such parts would be perfect......
Of course if you can do it with other methods.... I fit.

the most instinctive method is to create a cionfiguration in which non-commercial components are excluded from separate

But I have the idea that you can insert an equation in the distinct materials for which if there is a certain value in a property the line should be displayed. but at the moment I have no way to test this method.

the equations can be inserted directly in the tables (both separate materials and distinct cutting) or do I have to do so as excel?
and about this I think of another sona..... I insert a sheet in which I put flat repetition to then export it to dwg for laser with a note with dimensions of max, thickness, material (I saved style, see example); I would be comfortable with the thickness in tenths, until now I am doing it by adding the text 0/10 to the thickness (e.g. sp=3..... "3"0/10) but with thickness 1.5mm I have to do it by hand; can you put a formula to result in the thickness in tenths automatically? ? ?

another medote is order the distinct so that you have grouped all the commercials, then divide the distinct and hide the part that does not interest

in the properties of the file you have the voice spx/10 which is linked to a global variable that multiplies the thickness by 10

replace the note with this:
$prpwld sheet:"length contour" x $prpwld:"width contour"

thickness: $prpsheet:"spx/10"

quantity: $prpwld:"quantity" pz

I tried to use the equations to hide the lines, but I couldn't. At the most I managed not to display the values of the properties, but in this way you would have blank rows.
at the moment the only solutions I found are to create configurations in the assemblies in which to exclude from the separate parts; or order the separate by grouping the commercial lines and hiding everything else

thank you for the assistance....but I have difficulty to report in the note the equation "thickness*10";
just to see if I did correctly:
1- created "sp*10" equation with spx variable;
2-I would have to recall the value in the note but I tried both with your syntax and with other $prp/$prpsheet $prpweld etc but leaves me the blank field
3- so I tried to insert the result of the equation in the prop pers of the file, but also here I can not (or do not know the syntax) to recall the equation or to insert a
4- I tried to do as in point 3 but in the cut distinction inherent in the part file, but also here I can report texts but not the result of the equation.
.... please tell me you know how to do it! !

Does anyone know if you can and how to do x by default insert a parameter (or change an existing one) into the "sting list synthesis"? ? ?
es I would like that in "description" instead of appearing "sheet"; it appeared to me "lamiera" and then maybe add below the information regarding length and width of the contour pane... sheet 500x200.
for now I always have to do it by hand with paste copy.

regarding the note I worked on your file without modifying or adding anything to the existing properties.
the note in the drawing must contain what is reported in post #5.

try with your attached file: select the note > right button > edit text in the box > below:

regarding the distinct in the environment part:
above the function shaft you will find the unsuitable symbol (which indicates that there is a separate cut)
If you do right-click on this symbol, you will see an end in which you can insert all the properties that interest you and these will be propagated to all the voices present in the cut.
If you do it with an empty part you can save it as a template for welded parts so you already have pre-compiled properties
