sw2010 reinstalled on w10, some function keys do not work

Good morning to all, big problem, it is not the first time I install an original licensed copy of sw2010 on win10, this time however, on a new car and some things do not go. apart from dll error message sldcustompropsu.dll that appears and should refer to e-driwing, but this is not a big problem, opening new or old assemblies or parts, the function keys for creating a plan or for converting a sketch do not work, just like not clicking them, nothing happens. If I change the function of a plan of an old design instead of changing it suspends me ... this is only what I discovered today, maybe even other functions do not go. I tried to fix the installation and reinstall it from the top, the problem persists... any good idea?

Uninstall completely and reinstall. install service pack.

already done several times to uninstall and reinstall, reinstalled on win10 but with win7 compatibility, as on other 2 pcs several times. the problem is always that, the keys "create reference plan" and " convert sketch" do not respond... also controlled the presence of secondary requirements and programs present as visual study tool or net.framew...4.5 ... I don't know exactly what to invent
