Bye to all,
I have a problem (I have searched on the forum but without finding the solution) regarding the compatibility of the part/axieme/drawing models and the cartilians (sheets and sheet sizes).
having updated to sw 2018 I saved the models with the new version;
a customer now asks me to use sw2016; which roads can I follow (except dxf export)?

Besides this also 3d models are no longer compatible yet the compatibility between new and old was advertised.
have you had this problem?
How did you solve this?

p.s. is strange that there is no material about it; I used the search function but nothing comes out: can it be that I don't work?

You can't save in any way in antecedent versions.
compatibility between different versions is possible only between sequential releases
p.s. is strange that there is no material about it; I used the search function but nothing comes out: can it be that I don't work?
in the forum we talked a lot
However it is also written in the guidehttp://help.solidworks.com/2019/italian/solidworks/sldworks/afx_hidd_filesave.htm?verredirect=1http://help.solidworks.com/2016/italian/solidworks/sldworks/c_previous_release_interoperability.htm

Yes, I did, but I did not read any procedure regarding templates.
I have to do everything from scratch.
sure that at least templates could make them compatible for all versions.. .
Amazing. . .
Anyway, thank you so much!
