sw23: circular reinforcement plate with "basic sheet" command

Hello everyone,

I have long been trying to find an alternative method to create a circular reinforcement plate with the “lamiera” command so that I can have the development of it.

I tried various ways:
method 1 (what I use most):
- I create a sketch on a circular surface, with the diameter concerned (figure 1.1);
- active the command "basic flux" and extrude the sketch with the same size as the circumference (Figure 2.1);
- after creating the rectangular sheet, I use the "agreement" command to collect all the edges with the d/2 removing approximately 0.1 mm to simulate the circumference (Figure 3.1).
method 2:
- I create a sketch on a circular surface, with the diameter concerned (figure 1.2);
- activate the “basic flux” command and extrude the sketch with a greater dimension of the circumference I want to get (figure 2.2);
- after creating the rectangular sheet, I create a sketch on the floor perpendicular to the reinforcement plate and use the command "extruded cut" going to cut the sheet with the circumference to be obtained. (Figure 3.2)

the first method, once I want to get the development of the sheet, it never gives me problems, while the second, sometimes "bugga", especially if I have to recreate a plate with a hole for a bushing.

how do you do that?
do you have another more efficient method?

Thank you.
Faithful

the correct method is the second, but you have to activate the normal cut option (which is always done when cutting a folded sheet)
