symmetry not available in ansys 14

Hello, everyone.
I have in front of this arcane: I have installed a license at work to be able to operate in ansys, but in the project I can not apply symmetries to my geometry (the symmetry item does not appear by right clicking on model).
while at home, the same version of ansys, the same geometry, but not purchased license tongue: ) the symmetry voice appears.

It seems to me a function so comfortable and intelligent, but still basic (I don't believe its presence or not is bound by the type of license )
How is it possible?

symmetry is always present regardless of the type of license if I am not wrong.
contact your ansys dealer for licensing issues.

symmetry must act in a better and complete way.... otherwise what they have done... Am I wrong?

the question is market. If you don't want to think, I propose (ansys) a solution and you pay for it... it's clear that playing the thing on the symmetry bond is a little ridiculous... but I can make sure that things work today like this.
said this, in common sense the bond of symmetry acts on the dofs of the nodes. on solids are 3 dof per knot (translation). if you use symmetry (see example), normal shifts on the cutting plane are blocked ...
a little + of attention instead it should be placed when you exploit the symmetry for the shells... try to believe ... allego file example
