table angular series

Hello, everyone!

I have to create a table-guided angular series together. The problem is that the quotas (angular) that I put in the table are rounded to one decimal number, while I need three.

I think it's just a visualization. cmq go to tools>options and try to set p' option defauld_dec_place on 3.
Bye.

no, it's not about display, because when I open the table I find the values all truncated. Obviously in assembly the parts do not coincide, and by measuring the angle I find the same truncated values.
I tried with default_dec_places and with pattern_exact_incremental_dim but I do not solve anything.

config.pro:
default_dim_num_digits_changes yes
important and the first quota of the series, if you want three decimal ciffres, you must insert it in the first quota: for example 45.000
so in the table of the series all the quotas of the corners now have 3 decimal ciffres.
this trick also applies to insert a quota with more than
"default_dec_place #" in a family table.

Hi.
hinges

Nothing, I can't do that.
I entered the first object at 1,111°, then I made an axial pattern with 3 objects at 5.538°. measuring the angles I actually find 1,11100° for the first, 5.53800° between the first and the second, 11.0760° between the first and the third. all three objects fit perfectly.
Now I redefine the pattern by making it look like table type, edit the table and find the values 5.5° and 11.1°. I change the table with the exact values but these are always rounded to a single decimal number and the objects do not match anymore.

my config has these settings:

default_dim_num_digits_changes yes
default_dec_places 3
pattern_exact_incremental_dim yes

Am I wrong?

Thank you for your help.

Can't anyone help me?
Perhaps with pro/program you can find a solution, but I have no idea how to do it.

with the settings of the config.pro already mentioned to me it works but only for the series (standard or table) made after have set the decimal accuracy values, not for the previously made series.
I see therefore in change and on table the three decimal figures.

I've tried several times, but it just doesn't work.
I assure you that as soon as I open pro/e I go in config.pro and find the settings as we said, I do everything with new parts but nothing!
I'm sorry, but you used the "pin" component?

I immediately correct myself, I have seen you have made the table series in one part, not together, but it's the same thing, I can't even do it in the part! :36_1_4:

I made the model with wf4 . I don't know what versions you use.
I'll send you the file.
in the config I removed the various options quoted and left the default values without any changes!
I think it's okay.

solved! !

The vision of the zimmy prt was fundamental (thank you so much!), because opening it I could correctly change the series table with the 3 decimal values, but adding a new one I couldn't. However, I noticed that by selecting the origin of zimmy features, these appeared with the 3 decimal digits, while in my feature only one appeared, although in reality the position was accurate to the thousandth.
I do short: by spraying between the config options, you have to set:

default_ang_dec_places 3

that is the equivalent of default_dec_places but for the angular quotas.

Now everything works perfectly!
Thank you! :finger:
