table blocks shared

Good morning to all,

I have a problem with sharing instrument palettes.
I created a palette by setting the location of the file of the tool palettes (options, files, file positions of the tool palettes) in a place shared by the company network.
I set the same position as the tool palettes to other users in the way they can share it and possibly make changes.
for a period of time I had no problem, as the changes I made were visible also by other users.
after one of the users from his post has made a change by eliminating a block, I can no longer make changes to the shared palette. In practice after I add new blocks only last until the program reopens, as if my colleague's computer took priority control.
Could someone advise me how I can solve the problem?
we use all the same version of autocad 2020.

Why don't you use the new block palette?

we use a palette that contains various blocks and is constantly updated (add new blocks and eliminate obsolete ones).
However, lately, updates I do from my station are not saved.
Monday I try to delete the palette and save a new one, in another shared area, but I wanted to avoid doing so to not update the settings of all the computers that use it.

Okay, I understand the problem, but you didn't answer my question. Why don't you use the block palette instead?

from how I always happen, the block palette is used for current blocks or, cmq belonging to a given design.
Instead, we have to create a sort of block library, and we have used the palette of tools to create this library. when I arrived, this library already existed and, sincerely, I never thought of using another tool.
Meanwhile I thank you for the idea, I appreciate the possibility to use the palette of blocks to use as a library.

Actually, you're partly right. I noticed from the movie that lacks the 'libreria' enhancement, that it arrived only with the release 2021 of autocad
