hello to all, I have a ring d600mm on which I would like to assemble a sheet of small thickness 30mm tangently: Of course if I do this, the sheet will appear connected to the ring only on a line for obvious geometric motifs, then I thought I would draw the sheet to assemble with a couple of mm more so that you can connect in the axieme and see all nice connected: with the management plans I can only do it that unfortunately the orientation always ends up reverse (lamiera that penetrates the ring completely), in fact in the bond "tangence" the reverse key is stiff and I think it would be what I would need.
I thought it might be a limit of the program and so I have two things in mind
1) I create in the sheet an overmetal connected with the same radius of the ring so as to avoid the tangent bond (I would then use couple)
2) assemble with tangency and use a function (what?exist?) that allows me to add that material so as not to show the vacuum under the sheet to the right and left of the tangency line
in the actual ring and sheet are welded (without sanding for sheet thickness) but in model 3d I do not care about welding
What can you do? I have made the road 1, but I don't know if it's very lawful
