Good morning to all,

we have recently installed tcx v 5.3 with solidedge st5 at our company. in everyday use we often encounter solid edge crash issues during file loading operations on the server . What are your experiences? do any of you use our own configuration? have you encountered similar problems?

What does crash in the loading phase on servers mean?
crashes solid edge or falls the connection between teamcenter and the server?
I suspect there are network problems... .

It often happens that when creating a new set, using the "create" function, after completing the fields for the new item, in the loading phase on the solid edge server crashes and the writing operation on the server is not completed.

the file is successfully saved in the cache but is not loaded on the server.

What could be network problems to investigate?
