on 20 August the decree of the Ministry of the Interior of 3 August 2015 was published in the official gazette, which “approval of technical standards for fire prevention, pursuant to article 15 of Legislative Decree no. 139 of 8 March 2006”. Prevention code that will enter into force 'the nineteenth day after the date of publication in the official gazette of the Italian republic', that is, on 18 November 2015 (in the decree notified to the European Union at the end of 2014 was instead indicated not the ninetyth, but the one hundred and eighty day).
