testom disabled all buttons of the all-in-one bar

hi, after long and careful research also in American autodesk sites,
I would like to know why when I create any multiline text with any font, they turn off all of me and I say all buttons of each tab of the multifunction bar, the only way to reactivate them is to go out and return to architecture.
I noticed that from the command line I am answered:
** form 65 not defined
** form 97 not defined
** form 66 not defined
** form 98 not defined
** form 67 not defined
** form 99 not defined
** form 68 not defined
precise that this happened to me with:

• architecture 2010
• architecture 2010 update 1
• architecture 2010 update 2
• architecture 2011
• architecture 2011 update 1

I have already contacted the autodesk support from which I expect an answer.
I have actually uninstalled and reinstalled update 1 for 2011, as the same autodesk says in one of its American forums, but the problem continues to resume.
I do not use the multifunction bar with the old menus.
far from me from being polemical, usually when a user of the forum raised a problem, maybe (without ever claiming it) there is someone more prepared than I can give me a tip.
I stress that before posting something in any forum, I document myself for at least a couple of hours on this forum (which I consider the most exhaustive and complete in Italian in cad) and on those of American autodesk architecture in English, and finally on aug.
However, I have already solved the problem and it was much easier than I thought: the "aca" menu and the "acad" menu cannot live together when a text is created or edited, you have to download one of them or, without downloading any of them, delete the word "editor texts" from one of the two.
