Hello, everyone.
I have a problem with the inventor 2012. I am trying to create a custom cartilage with (I imagine you can do) inserting text fields from the project properties (and then automatically inserted each time the design opens).
once they are inside the editing procedure of the cartiglio, I insert a text, and in the text formatting box, I choose the type of property (e.g. property-drawing) and property (e.g. date of creation). at this point I give theok imagining that a reference label is inserted in the chosen point, and that during loading this label is replaced by the value of the field. nothing appears.
second attempt. all as above, but in the text definition space, I write a text (e.g. date) imagining that this text is used as a reference label and replaced by the value of the field corresponding to the selected property. do the ok, the text "date" appears correctly, I close the procedure of definition of the cartiglio, I use the template to create a new design. the text "data" remains, but is not replaced by the date of creation. :frown:
third attempt. all as above, only that I enclose the text between < and >. when I use the template for drawing definition, equally, is not replaced.
Where am I wrong? in the sn object tree, in the standard reference model, I see that the iso cartiglio is associated with an afx field text object, which I cannot replicate. Where do I go looking for him?
