the Ministry of Labour has published the new version of the single text for safety, version tenth anniversary, of dl 81/2008 (source acca software).
news:
(a) inserted 1 of 11/01/2018 containing the indications relating to the direct conduct by the employer of the tasks of first aid prevention fires and evacuation;
(b) inserted the letter circular inl of 12/10/2017 prot. 3 with the sanctions to be applied in case of omitted health surveillance of workers;
c) inserted the Decree no. 2 of 16/01/2018 list of enabled subjects and trainers for under voltage jobs;
d) replaced the executive decree of 9 September 2016 with the Decree no. 12 of 14 February 2018 - seventeenth list of subjects authorized for the periodic checks referred to in Article 71 paragraph 11;
e) inserted the interpelli n. 1 e n. 2 del 13/12/2017, n. 1 del 14/02/2018 e n. 2 del 05/04/2018;
f) correct article 3 paragraph 12-bis reference to the Law of 16 December 1991, No 398 (sports amateur associations);
(g) the reference to'interpello 8/2014 of 13/03/2014
