texts near icons

Good morning to all, I'm asking if there's somewhere a setting that doesn't show the texts near the icons of the coma
I find myself an autocad as from image that place and the normal classic we say
and on another only icons but without descriptions?? ? ? ?

hi massive... from there you can customize the ribbons...put or remove commands

But I can't find anything about making the name appear next to the icon

I also tried to reinstall but nothing.... always only icons without writings

According to me autocad in the first case uses all horizontal space for the ribbon and consequently you see all the texts. in the second case, optimizes space, so some icons remain under the ribbon group, others lose the text and the most important keep it.
I apologize with the small image, but looking on google images there are several better.
