texture 3d

Good morning.
I have a problem: I should apply a 3d texture on some faces of a solid (so not flat textures only representative) as it will then be milled to create a silicone mold later: Can someone tell me if you can? or if I have to use another software?

the process you refer to is the mapping of movement, my translationhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/displacement_mappingand you can do it with rhino blender maya etc....
