Thank you. @tristan , I also checked the kind of reason you recommended me but nothing to do... no trace of solid fillet. . .
at the end I solved with the import of a family "full arrow" and magically appeared the retino that was missing.... that sadness, I lost 3 hours only to understand where I was wrong...
