the Presidency of the Council of Ministers published the third volume of the "practical guide for public contracts of services and supplies".
the guide sets itself as a real operating manual, containing the latest regulations and the main legal guidelines on public contracts.
we remember that the complete guide is divided into three volumes.
the first volume is dedicated to the market of contracts (contractual types and activities for the completion of the procedure);
the second volume deals with the management of the race (indirection of the race, participation in the race, choice of the best bidder, negotiation in place of the contest and obligations of information of the competitors);
the third volume is related to the conclusion of the contract and the system of controls.
