think design initialr failure (do not start)

hello to all
I am a student of mechanical ing and my professor has made available the download of thinkdesign 2009.3 and its licenses for a year

the problem that I encounter after repeated installations-formings is that in an attempt to start the program this does not open and an error message appears:

td failure: tdinizialer iniztialization failed.
error code: 0x80040154

I can't find a solution on think3's website, if someone has similar experiences and can help me.

I managed to get back to the problem:

is a problem related to user permissions related to the program or associated applications (e.g. setup.exe, etc.) that do not make a proper operation of the software possible, in the case mentioned above it concerns the setup.exe

solution:
click dx on setup.exe
"safety" tab
change permissions
select your username and enable the various parts by clicking them in the list


I posted the solution in case others meet the same error or similar
