I come from software like inventor and solidworks and this functionality is required for the processing of welded carpenters (the components are welded and then subsequently processed) where it often happens that a processing interests more than one component.
for standard machining and also for smooth holes I saw that there are the controls "assembly cut" and "hole series", but I couldn't find the method for threaded holes.

another idea that has just come to my mind: of all the parts on which you want to propagate the hole, (if they are pure body and not parts ) you could make a united quote and then drill (in that case the feature hole 'free' objects like a single body and it works ).

It's not very elegant but it could be another possibility.
