threaded holes (wizard) on bushings or similar

Hello everyone, I would already need your help.

the problem is the following: I have a simil-boccola on which I have to make 3 threaded holes, and I have to do them on the outer perimeter, but with the command created hole nn I manage.
first I create the sketch (I tried to do it on the middle floor, then on a tangent, then also on an intermediate... ) to give the positioning, then when I go to create the hole, I always appear the message " points to locate the nn holes are valid. may be bound or may be located on edges or vertices."
the fact is that the points are bound by the necessary quotas and nn are on edges or vertices
instead with the nn extrusion cutting command I have no problem.

Maybe solidedge knew how to use it and solidworks a little less... I did it on the fly and without any problem, but I only have 2009 and if I put the example you do not see it.
simply click the cylindrical face and run the hole. when you click the cylindrical face the sketch on which the central points of the holes lie is a sketch3d and it should be managed a little differently from the sketches, especially regarding the relationships (I don't know if you are familiar with the 3d sketches).

Look at the file I attached to you. I don't know how your mouth was built, I in the video did so to quote everything in the 3d sketch, in fact you could create entities to which to directly bind the points (without any quota).
