time book editor

Good afternoon,
question I always had and never dared to ask:
but only to me the time of editing in the inventor's library (which is the publication of a part, the addition of a line or material in a family or the updating of the properties of a family as the simple regulatory body) has enormous times? 5/10 minutes to hours (depending on how many families do I involve)?
to me they seem simple operations, but even when I limit myself to intervene on one family I have very long times.
I'm wondering if I have any wrong settings

p.s.: my pc is quite performance: processor i9-3.19 ghz - 32 gb ram...

If, like us, it has the networked center... Unfortunately it is normal.

It happened to me when I was addicted and we used vaults with network servers. the problem from us was that the network administrator had put controls on controls also for the vault and this slowed down bad, once given the right consents lined up like a train
