Hi guys, as from title I look for a 3d printer of good print quality with single extruder, then I do not know which is better if fdm or dlp, material more used is abs because it lasts more in time. the use is various from pieces for the models to various pieces and statuettes of which they represent for example gargoyle, I would be very interested in the possibility to realize for example openable chests without the self construction or for example small hinges already usable after the printing, I saw on youtube some mechanical constructions already usable, without having to mount everything after the printing.
In practice I would use it for a varied and creative use, to be able to realize everything that comes to mind :) always within the limits of course.
for modeling as there will be small pieces, which is quite precise, that is why the choice of the individual extruder.

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough, but it's the first time I quote myself in the 3d printer but not in 3d modeling, autocad usage and other specific programs, but for prints I think I used very autocad.

p.s not in mounting kit

As for printing in abs I would feel to recommend a makerbot replicator 2x
Of course they're part of it, but you're also considering your budget

Hello, thank you for answering me. I had seen this model, but now I have read that new versions of pla are coming out, so if I could use different materials even better, my main objective is more on print quality especially for small and large pieces, then logically I will arrange by hand the issue of sanding so as to transform the piece with a smooth finish.

then I would need you to print accessories, for example hinges, already working without having to mount them.

p.s la makerbot replicator 2x has double extruder and I sincerely do not care, I would like one with a single extruder

in the makerbot family the single extruder is implemnt only on machines certified pla,
As for abs makerbot it has only one optimized and is still version 4, the 5th gen of makerbot are all optimized for pla .

My advice, since you don't have much experience in this field is that you do your bones with something cheap, just to understand the limit of "cerniere" speeches and dimensions of pieces for modeling.

we have been serving for many years and believe me, the size and definitions of models sometimes are inaccessible with fdm or fff technologies

other solutions and various models in www.3dfactories.itpersonally I recommend you not so much to ask for the remote execution of a particular test - who knows with which machines and how it will then be realized to your unknowing - but to go to see in person the procedure of commissioning and actual production in front of your printer eyes that you will decide to buy.
Bye!
I'm part of it, too, www.lista.it

a small observation to my previous interventions
with a budget of 1000€ a makerbot does not fit, I had not read well.

I feel, however, to disagree with your studies list statements,
a serious company does not send to a customer a particular executed with a machine other than that which the customer intends to buy.
is at first glance a misconduct towards the potential customer, and in second analysis it means playing with a customer all the corporate credibility.
a customer who gets razed in that way will never make a good advertising to the item purchased with the consequence that in losing image will not only be the dealer but also the brand represented .
as I think I prefer to tell a customer that is not the suitable machine losing a sale, but be sure that the machines sold earlier are exactly what the customer wanted to buy, in the end the correctness always pays.
and I want to think that there are a lot of people in the market who don't play weird games.

I have highlighted the difficulty with a fdm or fff of achieving sometimes necessary details in modelling, now that I have also seen the budget available I can only point out that certainty.

I quote in full, ipdesign, you have better explained my thinking, and I add that sometimes a remote test does not clarify to the user that his piece has been made with a certain printer, but it is the optimized result of a series of attempts and put to the next step. vice versa, the customer may think that even a neophyte is able to get such a result immediately just because it uses a certain printer. beautiful for example models downloadable from http://nasa3d.arc.nasa.gov/models/printable but ... well highlighted, on the top right, that not all are so easy to get without having acquired a lot of experience before!

My goal is to spend once, unfortunately where I find myself I have no chance to try live, for the definition question I care that you print well, then I think to smooth the piece so that it is beautiful smooth and without the view of the various layers. I had thought of the creator x but has double extruder, I would like something similar but single. Of course, I'd like to start with my bones, but I don't want anything to make me regret buying. What car could I bet on?

p. s will not be a use focused on modeling, but varied

and as a start to make bones, what do you recommend? I have seen some printers under 1000€ very satisfying as results and that I do not know where to point xké I do not know the various pros and cons of the various brands

is it for a use of modeling and various pieces, I don't know type cover, or cell support, lever brake protection for motorcycle etc that printer I could take to start entering this world of 3d printers?

I think I have decided, I take this to start: 3d printer wanhao duplicator 4s

What do you say?

...practically a choice that doesn't let you sleep dear vindiesel!
compliments for passion and enthusiasm, paolo

hi, how do you not let me sleep, for post time or xké will give me trouble?

I would recommend the fabtotum. are Italian, Milan south. the printer costs 1000€ in pre order.
has the possibility to remove the extruder and put a spindle in order to mille the figure, in addition also from 3d scanner. another good is the zortrax m200, Polish. 1900€ and 50 micron surface finish, one of the best
